General Terms:

Paco Hendel performs Twin Flames Embrace according to these General Terms and Conditions (GTC). With the commissioning of a coaching session, these terms and conditions are considered accepted. Variations from these terms and conditions must be agreed upon in writing with me. Twin Flames Embrace offers coaching. A detailed description and listing of the services offered can be found on the website www.twinflamesembrace.com and other used media of Twin Flames Embrace.

Terms Of Sale For Twin Flames Embrace Products/Services:

 

All Sales Are Final. All digital purchases are non-refundable. Coaching Services can be cancelled at any time. No refunds. 

Neither Twin Flames Embrace, its principals or affiliates, nor its contributors shall be held liable for any improper or incorrect use of the information described and/or contained herein and assumes no responsibility for anyone’s use of the information, including any decisions in anyway that stems from failure to take appropriate medical and or psychiatric/counseling assistance.

In no event shall Twin Flames Embrace, affiliates or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to: failure to seek appropriate medical and or psychiatric assistance, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, tort (including negligence or otherwise), or any other theory arising in any way out of the use of this system, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury, whether based on alleged breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence or any other cause of action, including but not limited to damages or injuries caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, and/or theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of any record.

Conclusion of the contract:

The coaching contract does not require an explicit conclusion of the contract, but can arise through implied (clear) behavior. If it is recognizable for Twin Flames Embrace that the client is not open to receiving the help extended by the coach,  Twin Flames Embraces reserves its right to end the Coach-Client relationship in the event of the client's choice to: cultivating hatred, choosing to soak attention for the sole purpose of getting attention, controlling for control’s sake, being toxic, making group coaching classes about themselves, being a disruptive client, being an aggressive and/or disrespectful client towards the Coach, his/her time and expertise, taking from the class and student experience rather than adding to it. 

These rules are in place for the benefit of all students so hatred may take no footholds in our sacred space.

By signing up, each student agrees to respect the confidentiality and privacy of the other students. Every student agrees not to engage in what might be construed as libel, slander, defamation, abuse, attack, bullying or hatred of any kind against any client, student or affiliate of Twin Flames Embrace and its affiliates in perpetuity. To violate these terms, the perpetrator agrees to pay a fee of no less than $5,000 USD adjusted for inflation plus damages.

Absolutely no recording of any kind, whether video, audio or other may take place in the classes although the client/student may take handwritten or typed notes if they like.

Missed group coaching classes will not be reimbursed.

In the event of the client reaching a peaceful conclusion that the services provided by Twin Flames Embrace are not of their liking, no special form of contract conclusion is necessary, it is sufficient, for example, an arrangement/agreement by email.

 

Contract duration:

The contract begins and ends according to individually agreed times.

 

Offers, payment methods:

The offers are subject to change. Subject to change without notice.

For the coaching services the fixed prices published on the website are charged. Payment is always in advance, as with the booking of the coaching already the energy balancing takes place.

Rescheduling and Cancellation terms:

Upon rescheduling a coaching, do so with no less than 24 hours prior to your original appointment. If, you are more than 5 minutes late for your coaching session, your session will be forfeited.

The 4 Coaching Package must be used within no more than 2 month after its purchase, otherwise the remaining coaching sessions will expire. If you do not use all coaching sessions of the package and want them to be refunded, this is possible under deduction of applicable fees, such as PayPal fees.

The weekly coaching subscription can be cancelled at any time. The already paid month will not be refunded.

Missed group coaching sessions and one-on-one coaching sessions will not be refunded or extended.

Confidentiality obligation:

Twin Flames Embrace, Paco Hendel and all employees agree to maintain silence about all personal data, operational or business matters of the client during the duration of a coaching and also after its termination.

Copyright:

The copyright on the contents of the website www.twinflamesembrace.com belongs to Paco Hendel. It is not allowed to reproduce or distribute the content without written consent of Paco Hendel.

When you book a coaching with Twin Flames Embrace, you agree to your name (first and last name) and email address to be shared with our affiliated partner Twin Flames Universe. This ensures our work is in alignment with the Teachings of Unionism.

Governing Law:

Administered by the laws of the country of Austria without respect to its contention of law provisions. The law of the Republic of Austria shall apply.
