Mandalas and channeled messages are personalized, custom-made items. Under applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the creation, preparation, or shipment of the product has begun. By completing payment, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the mandala is already in the creation or shipping process, and that the channeled message is a personalized service that cannot be reversed or returned. Therefore, no refunds are available once the process has started.
